Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or registering on ds3.wine, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ds3 and its users.
Ds3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with the effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
This service is intended for users aged 18 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Accurate and complete information is required when registering on ds3. Creating an account with false information constitutes a breach of these terms, and such accounts may be closed at any time.
Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or rewards is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. We strongly advise against sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the ds3 platform:
- Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity
- Operating games or betting using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Harassing, disturbing, or deceiving other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and legal action may be taken.
Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on ds3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. For your first withdrawal, a valid government-issued ID will be required for identity verification.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal. Each bonus carries its own specific terms, which are detailed in the Promotions section. ds3 reserves the right to correct any deposits or withdrawals made in incorrect amounts due to technical errors.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Ds3 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from financial loss, data loss, or service disruptions. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
The ds3 website, logo, content, software, and all intellectual property assets are the exclusive property of ds3. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any of these without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Account Closure, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Ds3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of terms violations. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned through the standard process; however, balances may be forfeited in cases where terms have been breached.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Once requested, the account will be closed after any pending transactions have been settled.
